📌 About the Program
HEAT bridges the gap between House League and our Club program. Players are selected during House League spring assessments.

• Eligibility: Must be a House League member (not a standalone program)

• Grades: 7th–8th only

• Commitment: Players remain on their House team and also train/play with HEAT

 

📅 Practices & Matches

• 1x per week with House team

• 1x per week with HEAT

• Saturday House League games

• Weeknight HEAT league match (local)

• Local travel (Chantilly, Centreville, Vienna, etc.)

• Competitive program, aligned with Club-level opponents

🗓️ Example Weekly Schedule

• Mon: House practice

• Tue: off

• Wed: HEAT league match (local)

• Thu: Off

• Fri: HEAT practice

• Sat: House League games

• Sun: Off

💲 Cost

• Standard House League registration fee

• +$75 HEAT fee (covers travel league registration & uniforms)
