Welcome To Dulles Youth Sports Wrestling

2025-2026 Wrestling

DYS Wrestling is a youth wrestling program for 2nd-8th graders in the Dulles South area. All experience levels are welcome. Our coaches will work with kids where they are and build on their level of experience. We will hold our practices at Freedom High School in South Riding. Practices will be split into two age groups: Elementary School and Middle School. The season begins in November (see starting practice dates below based on age) and runs through the first week of March 2026.  We participate in the Mason Dixon Wrestling League and will have up to 9 Tournaments that are held on Sundays.

Uniforms

Each participatant receives a singlet (uniform) to wear for all tournaments from the Team

Each participatant must have wrestling shoes and head gear for practices and tournaments which is NOT provided by the Team.  If you have braces, make sure you have a mouth guard for practice and tournaments.
