South Loudoun Stingers transitioned to the DYS Thunder organization

We are a fast pitch softball team. We play competitive tournaments and teams but maintain a healthy family balance. We look to build our girls softball skills as well as build a family where girls learn to be good sports and even better citizens. Our mission is to provide girls in our area the opportunity to play Fastpitch Softball, as well as an avenue to enhance their softball and life skills. Our teams are comprised of players from all around Loudoun County, Fairfax County, and Prince William County..

The Group is focused on preparing young softball players for middle school, high school and college competition by helping them develop their physical skills in addition to stressing the need to excel at their educational demands. Travel softball provides these young ladies with an exceptional opportunity to cultivate a love of the game, and real life lessons of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Softball isn’t a one woman sport, it's a group of girls who become your sisters. And don’t forget that you win as a team and lose as a team.
